Like most people, I was terrified to get Lasik. But after a consultation with Dr. K, I was at ease and ready to take the leap. I was able to get a surgery date quickly. The day of the surgery I was incredibly nervous. But Dr. K and his team had excellent bedside manner and helpful calm my nerves. The surgery was painless, the recovery was easy, and now I can see perfectly. I’m not exaggerating to say it was life-changing.
In short, I highly recommend Dr. K if you are interested in Lasik or even just as your general eye doctor.
I have 20/20 vision again thanks to Dr. Alex Knezevic! When I first consulted with him for cloudy vision in my left eye, he accurately diagnosed the problem - a cataract that had slowly developed. He explained how the cataract could be removed, the astigmatism in that eye corrected and a new tri-focal lens installed to correct the vision all through a very quick laser procedure. The office staff did the initial eye measurements which the Dr. examined and then had them repeat one more time to ensure they were 100% accurate. That is important because the measurements are then sent to the manufacturer for the lens to be made. The laser surgery was very quick and painless. Dr. K's bedside manner is the best. He talks you through each step of the surgical process. Recovery is very quick - 4 weeks and no downtime from work. The results were incredible even right after the surgery while I was in recovery - a night and day difference between the operated eye with crystal clear bright vision and the non-operated eye. I decided to have the other eye done a few weeks later, even though it did not have a fully-developed cataract! After another 4 weeks of recovery, I am now enjoying perfect vision. I don't need glasses for anything and I won't need them for the rest of my life! Thank you Doctor Knezevic! Also, if the Panoptix lens is right for you, go for it! I'm glad I chose it!
